For us, every project begins with a general understanding of the site.

Therefore, our first approach was to walk through the land where Chacaj would soon be built. Thus we were understanding the topography and particular characteristics of the land. What made us feel.

We selected 54 trees, around which we designed the Jungle Villas. Nestled between these tres we place a series of parallel walls on which the houses rest. In this way, we avoid that the footprint of the villas falls on the and leave a free base-floor, allowing for both the jungle and the users of Chacaj to inhabit and move smoothly under the construction mass.

Chacaj is a collection of eight Jungle Villas among six volumes.
