UKI is a Mexican asset management office specializing in second home and land development. We prioritize integrating nature and community in our creations, as we intend to bring people closer to nature.

UKI consists of two significant clusters: Land banks and Land developments. We invest in attractive land in areas with a long-term capital gain to develop architecturally rich, sustainable, and unique projects, many by award-winning architects, that become a wise investment for their planning, location, and originality.

Every one of our architectural designs looks to lower construction impact to the minimum. We design to preserve the largest trees, creating paths for local fauna and sustaining endemic flora. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint and power our manufacturing operations with 100% renewable energy.
